Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, set up mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just select the e-mailbox you want to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
